LZB Glass tube anti- corrosion water/chemical flow meter

General information

LZB glass pipeline flow meter is used for liquid, gas and many other single applications measuring, it’s a low cost measuring equipment and simple in structure, operation and high accuracy in measuring, easy for maintenance and repairing. It is wildly used in chemical industry, chemical fiber, fertilizer, petroleum, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, dyes, paper, food, water treatment and environmental research.

Structural features

LZB, LZBF glass pipeline flow meter is our basic product, it is available in three structure types according to its measuring range and bore size.

1. DN2,DN3,DN4,DN6,DN10 are available in soft pipe and thread connection.

2. DN15, DN25, DN40 are available in flange connection.

3. DN50, DN80, DN100 are available in flange connection (With guides).

The basic parameters

Normal specification: DN2mm;DN3mm;DN4mm;DN6mm; DN 10mm; DN 15mm; DN 25mm;

DN 40mm; DN 50mm; DN 80mm; DN 100mm.

Other size is available.

Measuring range:

water: 0.4~100ml/min, 1~80000L/h air: 6~1600 ml/min, 0.016~1000m³/h

Measuring ratio:

10:1 (other special ratio equipment can be made by order)

Accuracy level: 1.5; 2.5; 4

Maximum working pressure:

0.1MPa,0.6MPa; 0.9MPa,

(Please quote individually for pressure greater than 0.9MPa)

Application temperature: 0 ~ 120°C

The installation of the flow meter:

1. There should be enough room available around the equipment for easier maintenance.
2. For calibration, repair, changing and cleaning of the equipment, by-pass should be fitted along the equipment. (see below picture for detail)
3. The pipeline should be cleaned for the first time installation.
4. The pipeline should be immovable before installation of the equipment to prevent damage.
5. One way check valve should be installed at downstream of the equipment to prevent equipment damage from countercurrent, especially water v-cone.
6. Filter should be installed at upstream of the equipment when application content particles and dirt to prevent blocking of the pipeline.
7. Suitable buffer or amount setting device should be installed at upstream of the equipment when the application is in pulsating flow to prevent shaking of the float.
8. The flow meter should be installed vertically.
9. Valve should be fitted at upstream and flow control valve should be installed at downstream at 5~10 times distance of the bore size.
